GEOS–Chem Simulation Years

Last Updated May 13, 2008

Atm Chem Modeling Group

The following years of GEOS assimilated meteorological observations have been downloaded and processed from NASA's Global Modeling and Assimilation Office (GMAO), and are now being used for GEOS–Chem model simulations.

NOTES:

  1. For the availability of meteorological fields for the GCAP project, please ask Loretta Mickley (mickleyfas.harvard.edu).
  2. GEOS–5 data is the operational data set (2005–2007: GEOS–5.0.1 and 2008–present: GEOS–5.1.0).
  3. At this time GEOS–Chem is not compatible with the MERRA reanalysis met data.
